MS Word, MS Excel charts and graphs, embedded links, graphics.

Poor process flow and inefficiencies are two of my biggest pet peeves. I responded to the analytical recommendation assignment by using my dilemma of inefficient workflow and short staffing in my current position as Resident Administrator supporting two property management teams due to high turnover.

Using research on the importance of delivering excellent service to customers and employee retention surveys, it became clear that happy employees lead to satisfied customers. Additional research on salary ranges and their corresponding skill sets further narrowed down what it would take to hire an employee that could manage the volume of both properties and compensate them appropriately.

To convince management, my recommendation included well-documented research, MS Excel charts with compensation and turnover statistics, and graphics illustrating ideal office workflow. The layout of the recommendation report included a table of contents, headings, and subheadings making it easier to read and scan for compelling information and statistics.
